Seeking a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator outreach, campaign execution, and performance tracking across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and podcasts. You’ll source and manage creators in tech, business, and productivity spaces, coordinate end-to-end activations, and partner with Brand, Product, and Paid Media to drive awareness, conversions, and measurable ROI for our UK-focused initiatives from London and Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead creator sourcing and outreach, identifying and qualifying creators across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, sales, and vertical professional communities; conduct outreach and maintain an organized creator database with tiers, rates, and past performance.
•Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations including briefs, product seeding, timelines, deliverables, and approvals; assist with contract negotiations and compliance; manage logistics with the operations team.
•Act as the day-to-day partner to creators and agencies; provide guidance on messaging and best practices; foster long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
•Track content performance (engagement, reach, ROI, CPV, attributed revenue); optimize influencers weekly based on performance signals; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
•Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Marketing for messaging, briefs, whitelisting/ads, and creator case studies.

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

•Strong execution, communication, and cross-functional skills.
