  • •Develop and track operational, strategic, and agile metrics for squad value streams and communicate performance with squads and stakeholders.
  • •Review research and feedback loops to prioritise technology and digital product delivery; identify improvement areas.
  • •Manage and mitigate squad dependencies and risks, reduce technical debt, and coach Product Owners on product lifecycles, risk management, and roadmap/value realisation.
