Job Summary

Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for delivery and outcomes for employee spend solutions. You’ll partner closely with Product Lead and Product Manager(s) to set technical direction, manage and coach engineers and tech leads, and elevate quality and scalable software delivery. The role also focuses on accelerating AI adoption through AI development tools and methodologies, continuously improving processes and tooling, and unblocking complex technical challenges while bridging technical and commercial stakeholders.
