The role also includes setting up and breaking down VIP hospitality and check-in areas, preparing gift bags and merchandise inventory, and reporting any issues or mishaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute a seamless VIP activation experience for fans as the first point of contact during check-in.
•Greet/check in fans and manage will call lists via iPad.
•Set up and break down the VIP hospitality room and the check-in location/dedicated VIP entrance.
•Prepare gift bags, count merchandise inventory, distribute credentials and merchandise, and take guest photos.
•Report mishaps or guest complaints/issues to the VIP Tour Reps and follow all backstage and tour protocol.

Key Requirements

•Provide high level customer service and desire to help fans and answer questions confidently.
•Be comfortable with public speaking and able to communicate directions or escort guests to the next area.
•Follow directions and complete assigned tasks in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
•Have basic knowledge of Apple products and app use, and handle company electronics with care.
•Be able to walk/stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 pounds; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
