Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the store team to achieve club apparel, NPS and DSES goals, and meet store KPIs.
  • •Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while maintaining VM standards and stock replenishment.
  • •Conduct regular financial and stock audits and regularly update the store dashboard.
  • •Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team and manage performance and conduct history.
  • •Monitor and manage store expenses, budgets, and financial goals, and ensure compliance with company policies.
