  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associate workflows and customer interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Use Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Invent LLM optimization techniques to improve performance (scalability, cost, latency, throughput) for production AI systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 2 years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies; or a Master’s degree in a related field.
  • •2+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Passion for staying abreast of latest research and applying novel techniques appropriately in production.
  • •Strong engineering and mathematics foundation with experience across hardware, software, and AI to identify optimization opportunities.
  • •Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is preferred.
