Test Center Administrator (FT)

Serve as the face of Prometric at the test center by greeting examinees, verifying identification, and monitoring exams to ensure strict exam integrity. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of test center policies, perform required security checks (including wands), and handle candidate issues with urgency. Ensure a secure testing environment, report out-of-guideline occurrences, and use applicable tools to scan and record fingerprint identification when required.
