Job Summary

Lead strategy and deployment of finance systems and AI-powered workflow automation across the CFO organization. Own finance tool ecosystems (EPM, ERP, FP&A, procurement, reporting, tax, close/reconciliations, equity) and partner with internal tools and data engineering to improve financial data architecture and governance. Build scalable reporting infrastructure and self-service analytics, translating financial data into faster, higher-quality leadership decisions while reducing manual data wrangling.

Key Responsibilities

•Own finance systems strategy and lead strategy/deployment across Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Navan, Coupa/Ironclad/Omnea, Workiva, Avalara, FloQast, DMS (Escheatment), and Carta.
•Translate finance workflows (close, FP&A, audit, reporting) into AI-enabled processes by mapping data flows and identifying automation opportunities (e.g., variance analysis, reconciliations, anomaly detection).
•Design and deploy AI-powered finance solutions such as forecasting support, reconciliation agents, and reporting to improve accuracy and cycle time.
•Partner with internal tools and Data Engineering to optimize systems configurations and ensure integrity, completeness, and governance of financial data flowing into planning and reporting.
•Enable scalable reporting infrastructure and self-service analytics for leadership decision-making, reducing manual data wrangling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 159,800 - 206,800 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience at the intersection of finance and technology, with hands-on ownership of financial planning, ERP, or related platforms.
•Experience applying AI automation within finance/accounting workflows such as close, FP&A, reporting, and controls.
•Expertise in financial data architecture, including ETL processes, data governance, and building reliable data pipelines between source systems and planning tools.
•Practical understanding of governance frameworks including human-in-the-loop, auditability, and SOX compliance.
•Track record delivering reporting/analytics solutions that replace manual spreadsheet processes with scalable, self-service platforms.
