Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients to develop and understand sustainability and decarbonisation requirements.
  • •Develop, deliver, and review whole life carbon reduction strategies across scoping mechanisms (e.g., GLA, LETI & RIBA, RICS, BREEAM).
  • •Liaise with clients and designers from early design through construction to implement sustainability and decarbonisation strategies.
  • •Deliver assessment certification schemes including BREEAM and DREAM (and LEED/WELL experience advantageous).
  • •Support project management and programming, help with bidding/tender responses, and mentor junior staff where suitable.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of the building design and construction process.
  • •Experience undertaking WLCAs using OneClick LCA, and assessment certification schemes including BREEAM and DREAM, plus sustainability appraisals.
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and apply it to practical sustainability solutions.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical information clearly.
  • •Demonstrated experience of sustainable buildings, low-carbon design, and environmental performance.
