Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall product lifecycle from program commit through manufacturing readiness, value engineering, portfolio management, and end-of-life processes.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams across product development, manufacturing, product management, and external contract/ODM/JDM partners to deliver products to market.
  • •Coordinate technology and manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of prototypes and early production units, including material readiness.
  • •Drive manufacturability, testability, reliability, sustainability, and supportability objectives, and ensure new product release objectives for performance, cost, quality, and lead time.
  • •Monitor product readiness and quality metrics (yields, RMAs), identify program risks, run post-project assessments, and lead capacity planning and improvement initiatives with NPI engineers and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • •3+ years of direct engineering experience in the fabrication and manufacturing of electronic products.
  • •Experience with new product introduction, operations, and program management (highly desirable).
  • •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partner with external technology and supply chain partners (including negotiation).
