Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate complex financial information and insights to business partners across functions.
  • •Prepare key messages, reports, and financial analyses for management.
  • •Support planning and forecasting with business unit leadership to explain changes and impacts.
  • •Provide advanced financial analysis and modeling, including defining data requirements and identifying sources.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of Accounting or Finance experience, or High School Diploma/equivalent and 8+ years in Accounting or Finance, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree and 6+ years of Accounting/Finance experience.
  • •Intermediate experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong understanding of finance and the P&L statement.
  • •Strong communication (written and verbal) and critical thinking with an analytical mindset.
  • •Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis; ability to support ad hoc requests, projects, and cross-training.
