Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Treasury Senior Managers with liquidity management, IRRBB, FTP reporting, HQLA/TMS, and BoE/wholesale funding activities.
  • •Produce and circulate daily MI for Treasury’s activities, ensuring reports are timely and accurate.
  • •Create the monthly ALCO pack by preparing monthly MI and coordinating MI and papers with colleagues.
  • •Attend ALCO meetings, take minutes, and update action logs as required.
  • •Proactively monitor cash balances and produce short-term cashflow forecasts and monthly loan sales reports.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years’ demonstrable Treasury experience at a bank or building society.
  • •Awareness of relevant policies and standards governing Treasury activities.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and work well with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • •Confident with software tools, including Excel, ALMIS, SQL, Tableau, and Anaplan (and willing to learn new tools, including AI).
  • •Strong quantitative skills, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail for analysis and comprehensive reporting.
