Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for L3 routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, RIPv2, and Static Routing on enterprise and consumer routers
  • •Lead validation of WAN technologies including PPPoE, DHCP WAN, Static IP, and multi-WAN failover scenarios
  • •Perform end-to-end testing of Firewall, NAT/PAT, DHCP, and DNS features across both IPv4 and IPv6 environments
  • •Drive test automation initiatives using Python, Robot Framework, or equivalent frameworks
  • •Conduct packet-level analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump to validate protocol behavior

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant work experience in QA engineering (networking) and a strong background in test planning and execution
  • •Hands-on experience with IPv6, including addressing, DHCPv6, SLAAC, and dual-stack environments
  • •Familiarity with VPN technologies (IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard)
  • •Experience with VLAN and other L2 protocols, plus end-to-end testing of Firewall, NAT/PAT, DHCP, and DNS
  • •Proven ability to drive test automation initiatives using Python, Robot Framework, or equivalent frameworks
