Key Responsibilities

•Execute NSMS development programs for the Standard Missile portfolio, supporting warfighter mission needs.
•Develop and execute material strategies supporting customer requirements and program objectives across a matrixed organization.
•Manage supplier negotiations/PO placement and own supplier risk/opportunity management, performance metrics, and make/buy strategy.
•Provide financial management using EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales forecasts, and manage quarterly EACs (risk/opportunity included).
•Lead a team of 2-3 MPMs and resolve issues/conflicts within and between organizations and suppliers.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
•10 years of material requirements planning (MRP) processes experience.
•Subcontract management experience.
•Advanced/applied knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP), estimates at complete (EAC), earned value (EV), and project management.
•Experience working in a matrixed organization with strong written and oral communication skills to influence across teams.
