Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes and projects at the Arecibo facility to optimize product and component production. Lead PFMEA and process mapping to identify and prevent quality defects, maintain key manufacturing documentation, and drive Lean/DFT and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee implementation of quality-control enhancements, manage equipment/software operations, support capital and productivity project decks, and use tools like UTM and Windchill to plan and deliver manufacturing outcomes.
