Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of data platform architects, data scientists, analytics/ML engineers, and BI analysts.
  • •Serve as technical authority for enterprise data platform systems and provide vision, oversight, and approval of technical approaches.
  • •Implement modern DevSecOps for data, including CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, architecture decision records, and runbooks.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • •Ensure compliance with ITAR and internal compliance requirements while supporting enterprise initiatives such as Synapse and Purview modernization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent years of experience.

  • •Deep understanding of data modeling, metadata management, lineage, and governance frameworks.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship); a final U.S. clearance post-start is required.
