Job Summary

Analyze and improve Distribution Operations business processes by collecting and preparing complex operational and financial/budget data. Forecast trends using historical and spend data, align and flex resources to meet on-time and capital targets, and develop recommendations for sustainable, measurable process improvements. Partner cross-functionally to support resource allocation and provide senior leadership with metrics, scorecard countermeasures, and progress reporting. Lead continuous improvement and benchmarking efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect and prepare data and operational analyses (e.g., competitive data, operational effectiveness, capacity utilization) to initiate business practice improvement recommendations.
•Forecast trends by collecting and analyzing historical and spend data for distribution operations resource buckets.
•Collect, manage, and communicate resources specifications for assigned buckets, recommending internal and external resources to fit project demand and budget.
•Align and flex resources and prioritize work to achieve on-time metrics and capital targets.
•Lead continuous improvement efforts, develop/track/report key metrics, analyze scorecard data, and provide countermeasures and progress reporting (charts, forecasts, and scheduling analyses).

Key Requirements

•Meet education/experience requirements via one of three tracks: High School + 9 years, Associate’s + 7 years, or Bachelor’s + 5 years in a data and analytical function.
•Use analytical methods to examine and measure existing business processes and recommend quantifiable improvements.
•Analyze complex financial data to develop recommendations and solutions aligned to safety, productivity, and cost outcomes.
•Communicate results effectively to senior leadership and facilitate meetings/group discussions to drive operational effectiveness.
•Apply continuous improvement principles, develop and report key metrics, and support benchmarking with best practices data.
