Job Summary

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and niche roles within HSBC’s Enterprise Talent Market team. Drive sourcing and candidate management using modern recruitment technologies such as ATS, AI-powered sourcing tools, automated screening, and analytics dashboards. Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Global Capability centers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, improve recruitment workflow efficiency, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialist (mid-level and niche) roles, from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
•Utilize recruitment technologies (ATS, AI sourcing, automated screening) and analytics dashboards to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
•Partner with Talent Global Capability centers for always-on and on-demand sourcing to drive targeted sourcing activity in market.
•Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
•Collaborate with hiring managers as a subject matter expert, advise on sourcing strategies and market trends, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a specialist recruitment role, preferably within Financial Services.
•Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies such as automated interview platforms and sourcing tools.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
•Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recruitment trends.
