Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, implement, document, and test complex n-tier enterprise systems for banking and non-banking applications and interfaces.
•Provide user support and technical troubleshooting for application issues.
•Manage vendors for support and enhancement of 10+ applications under SLA or agreements.
•Support application development to resolve application issues.
•Assist team leader/unit head in strategic and tactical issues and coordinate project delivery with multiple departments.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputable bank or banking software vendor, preferably on banking application development projects.
•Hands-on experience with at least 3 SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
•Hands-on knowledge of application and web servers, and unit/module/integration testing.
•Hands-on experience in vendor management and vendor support for applications under SLA or agreement.
•Working knowledge of .Net and Java, plus encryption controls and API management.
