Own end-to-end commercial success for a portfolio of multi-tier regional brands in FMCG and strategic categories across Southeast Asia. Build Joint Business Plans with regional and global stakeholders to grow GMV, investment, and ecosystem adoption, while leading executive relationships and business reviews. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations, drive integrated cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Product, Mall, Ads, and Category teams, and coach junior Key Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end commercial success for a portfolio of multi-tier regional brands, including FMCG and strategic categories.
•Develop long-term Joint Business Plans with regional and global stakeholders to accelerate GMV, investment, and ecosystem adoption.
•Drive business reviews, annual planning, and strategic commercial negotiations with executive stakeholders.
•Lead regional growth strategy by identifying category opportunities and creating scalable growth models using LIVE, creators, campaigns, and advertising solutions.
•Coach and develop junior Key Account Managers by reviewing account strategies and commercial proposals and sharing best practices.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•5+ years of experience in digital commerce, marketing solutions, brand management, consulting, or related client success roles.
•Proven experience managing large strategic accounts and executive-level client relationships.
•Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable business growth.
•Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and excellent presentation, communication, and executive storytelling skills.
