Job Summary

Part-time student assistant in environmental planning and strategic environmental assessment. You will join the Stockholm office within the MKB & Utredning group, supporting urban environmental projects, coordinating between stakeholders, and helping produce reports and news materials. Opportunities to participate in related environmental planning tasks and sustainability assessments.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a central editor for documents and produce news materials with support from a supervising manager.
•Coordinate between different actors within the urban development sector and participate in events to represent the association.
•Participate in environmental planning projects such as environmental impact assessments (MKB) and sustainability assessments where applicable.
•Assist with organizing and documenting project materials, ensuring accurate and timely filing and reporting.
•Support other projects within the group (e.g., MKB, sustainability assessments) as capacity allows.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a master’s program in a relevant field (e.g., physical planning, urban planning, sustainable urban development, environmental studies, geography, or sustainability)
•Interest in environmental issues in urban development and planning
•Independent, driven and engaged with the ability to manage time effectively
•Excellent writing skills for reports, texts, and documentation
•Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
