Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure

Own cost management from day one across high-profile infrastructure projects and programmes. Lead cost management and contract administration, drive forecast accuracy and budget control through final account, and manage NEC contracts (Option C valued). Proactively identify and manage commercial risk, change, and cash flow while building trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Support and mentor junior team members as you progress toward senior leadership.
