Talent Operations Associate

Build and own the operational foundation of the People function, with a focus on end-to-end interview scheduling and recruiting coordination across the full hiring funnel. Design scalable processes and SLAs, improve ATS data quality with audit-ready reporting, and support candidate and new-joiner transitions. Partner with recruiters and HR to execute HR operations work including onboarding documentation and initiatives such as compensation cycles, performance management, engagement surveys, benefits open enrollment, and HR administration.
