Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full hiring life cycle.
  • •Identify and implement efficient, effective recruiting strategies that align with Wiz’s best practices and the organization’s needs.
  • •Own the sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
  • •Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company.
  • •Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
  • •Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
