Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical guidance to business leadership to ensure effective execution of EH&S Management System requirements.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to EH&S standards and procedures while owning and maturing EH&S programs.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for EH&S support for one or more businesses within the FPS organization.
  • •Support incident management from investigation through corrective action implementation and ensure timely EH&S reporting of metrics.
  • •Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, inspections, and support assurance reviews, VPP assessments, and program evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA regulations, EH&S management systems, and manufacturing safety practices.
  • •Experience leading EH&S programs in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, pharmaceutical, chemical, or other high-hazard environment.
  • •Degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics (or related field).
  • •Professional EHS certification (e.g., ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM etc.).
