Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop expertise in Figma products and customer journeys to diagnose sophisticated bugs accurately.
  • •Interact with customers daily via chat, email, or video calls, taking ownership of complex issues.
  • •Own end-to-end troubleshooting as the primary point of contact, partnering with Engineering and Product to report bugs and drive resolution.
  • •Adapt to supporting customers across multiple products (including billing and account management) with occasional weekend/holiday coverage.
  • •Recommend tooling and process improvements; identify trends and communicate insights to Product and Engineering to advocate for bug fixes and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience working in a QA or Support environment for a technical SaaS product.
  • •Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams.
  • •Troubleshooting and debugging experience across multiple platforms (Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android).
  • •Consultative communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts concisely.
