Key Responsibilities

  • •Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules for E4E NPI initiatives, using agile or traditional approaches as needed.
  • •Lead and direct engineers/technical staff by assigning tasks and fostering collaboration.
  • •Monitor project costs, track budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • •Identify project roadblocks, manage risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • •Provide leadership with regular stakeholder reporting on progress, milestones, and engineering KPI/metrics, and use analytics to derive insights from data.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of experience with exposure to NPI engineering project management.
  • •Master’s degree in science or Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
  • •In-depth knowledge of at least one business process and familiarity with the NPI lifecycle, including basic finance/project accounting and business case preparation.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Project (MPP) and other project execution tools such as JIRA.
  • •Understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies; advanced Excel preferred and familiarity with Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
