Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers to drive manufacturing excellence in a control valve environment. Partner with Operations, Quality, Machining, Welding, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical and production challenges. Drive product localization, support NPI and product transfer, lead continuous improvement and cost reduction, and monitor key manufacturing metrics like yield and downtime. Conduct root-cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions while supporting safety and ESH initiatives.

•Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers to provide technical support to Operations and drive manufacturing excellence.
•Partner with Operations, Quality, Machining, Welding, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and production challenges.
•Drive product localization initiatives, including technology transfer, process capability enhancement, and operational readiness.
•Lead continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction projects; analyze manufacturing metrics such as yield, cycle time, downtime, and quality.
•Support NPI and product transfer activities with regional Manufacturing Engineering teams; lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions; develop manufacturing processes and tooling.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
•Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in control valve, industrial equipment, or precision manufacturing.
•Minimum 2 years of people management or team leadership experience.
•Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, engineering documentation, and process development.
•Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
