Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in control valve, industrial equipment, or precision manufacturing.
  • •Minimum 2 years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, engineering documentation, and process development.
  • •Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
