Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement compliance strategies for new and existing products.
  • •Monitor legislation/standards/regulatory developments and assess their impact on membrane products.
  • •Identify compliance risks, develop mitigation plans, and maintain compliance documentation (certificates, declarations, technical files).
  • •Coordinate product testing, certification, and approval activities with internal teams and external partners.
  • •Provide guidance on compliance requirements and lead compliance-related projects with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs in a regulated industry (e.g., food or pharma).
  • •Master’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related field (PhD advantage).
  • •Experience with product testing, certification, and approval processes across different markets.
  • •Proven experience managing compliance-related projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks such as Food Contact Material Regulations (EU, USA, China, Japan), REACH, USDA, CE, and RoHS (cybersecurity requirements also noted).
