Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide program-level scheduling consulting across multiple projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • •Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
  • •Review engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic and ensure schedule integrity with project managers and contractors.
  • •Develop and maintain schedules using the critical path method and generate 1-, 3-, and 6-month look-ahead reports from P6.
  • •Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to monitor progress, update monthly progress reports, and identify risks and potential delays.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 190,000 annually

  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
  • •GMP / Pharma / Biotech experience
  • •Construction Experience: Design & Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Automation / Startup / Commissioning / Qualification and Validation of Systems, Equipment and Rooms
  • •Regulatory, Quality & Change Control Requirements for Clean Rooms, Utilities & Facilities
  • •Minimum 5+ years of applicable experience
