Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and validate orders to ensure compliance with Salesforce.com policies.
  • •Process documents sent to Salesforce, send countersigned copies to customers, and manage document flow from intake to storage.
  • •Process credit memos by reviewing and validating requests for policy compliance, coordinating with finance and sales for accurate and timely processing.
  • •Review cancellation requests for completeness and accuracy and communicate discrepancies to relevant teams.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order-related issues, escalate complex issues, and monitor/improve order management efficiency.

  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate clearly verbally and in writing.
