Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the overall architecture for Zoom Phone tasks and coordinate interfaces across server, client, and UI layers, including SIP-level control flow.
  • •Implement new SDK features and create unit test cases aligned with feature implementation.
  • •Drive integration and sanity testing with server and client teams across development and release branches to prevent regressions.
  • •Use performance and security tooling (e.g., WPA, Checkmarx, Valgrind, UMDH, Flame Graph) to detect and fix memory leaks, CPU costs, and SDK issues.
  • •Investigate customer tickets and crash reports, perform control-flow and SIP-flow root-cause analysis, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on requirements and release plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
  • •4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • •4 years using C/C++ and object-oriented programming to design tasks, fix bugs, and implement development work.
  • •4 years using Wireshark to analyze VOIP traffic calls in network programming.
  • •4 years using VoIP/SIP technologies and tooling, including TCP/UDP/TLS/RTP/SRTP/RCTP, RFC2833/RFC3550/RFC5760, and SIP stacks (PJSIP, reSIProcate, FreeSWITCH), plus debugging/testing tools (e.g., Valgrind/Flame Graph).
