Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an analytics partner to Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition CoEs to scope and build reporting products.
  • •Deliver talent and diversity analyses using quantitative and qualitative data to produce actionable insights.
  • •Develop and track talent metrics and benchmarks, and create executive-level presentations to communicate insights.
  • •Use advanced statistical methods to identify trends and correlations and build predictive models (e.g., attrition and performance).
  • •Enhance the reporting and analytics framework, ensure data quality for HC data, analyze survey data, and provide training/support for teammates.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in consulting or in-house within professional services or financial services.
  • •Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, especially Tableau and PowerBI, with knowledge of R/Python for statistical analysis.
  • •Comfort with database and data modeling concepts, including strong SQL proficiency.
  • •Advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills to derive actionable talent insights.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills, plus independent and collaborative working ability.
