Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure product support sources are complete and manage/improve partner-specific advertising/promotion program effectiveness.
  • •Follow driver-partner training and guidance to ensure a strong customer experience and compliance with agreed processes.
  • •Apply Lalamove decals to partner vehicles according to vehicle-type standards and conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • •Conduct assigned on-site filming sessions for market survey (6 sessions/month).
  • •Review current operating processes, propose streamlined process improvements, and achieve personal and team targets; handle special tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •Over 1 year of relevant experience in operations or customer care is an advantage.
  • •Proficiency with basic office software (Excel).
  • •Fluent in Vietnamese (speaking and writing).
