Key Requirements

  • •JD degree and active membership in good standing of a state Bar.
  • •5–8 years of corporate and securities law experience, with top law firm and/or in-house experience preferred.
  • •Hands-on M&A transactional experience, with exposure to IPO readiness or public-company matters.
  • •Solid working knowledge of corporate, securities, and transactional matters, with judgment to triage issues and know when to escalate or engage outside counsel.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide crisp, timely, risk-based advice to non-lawyers.
