Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the 3-year Digital Workplace modernization roadmap, including DaaS/VAD and cloud-native endpoint direction.
•Lead and hold accountable the outsourced managed service provider to exceed SLAs and improve resolution quality.
•Oversee global endpoint service delivery including patch management, image engineering, and software/hardware standards with security compliance.
•Own relationships and technical roadmaps for UEM/MDM (and related) endpoint management platforms.
•Partner with Local IT and collaborate with Enterprise Security to align endpoint security and compliance, including ownership of patch velocity and attack surface reduction.

Key Requirements

•Deep, hands-on enterprise experience with Windows and macOS.
•Experience evaluating or deploying VDI/DaaS, including trade-offs vs. physical hardware.
•Expert knowledge of UEM/MDM frameworks and automated endpoint deployment (e.g., Autopilot, Apple Business Manager).
•Minimum 3+ years managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global MSPs.
•Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (or equivalent experience), with ITIL v4, PMP, or advanced Microsoft/Apple certifications as a plus.
