Coordinate service resources for repair and service agreements in Markham, ensuring labor and materials are procured within financial standards. Dispatch and schedule personnel, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, communicate daily with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician leadership, and coordinate with Parts and Acquisition teams. Maintain customer satisfaction, generate work orders and reports, and route concerns for resolution while reviewing and forwarding project paperwork.
