Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the implementation/migration process for clients and ensure timely communication and follow-up across all stages.
•Guarantee accurate and efficient platform configurations, commercial terms, and setup to ensure optimal system functionality and SLA adherence for card orders.
•Lead client onboarding, training, and utilization of the web platform to enable autonomous operation and reduce dependence on support.
•Monitor and manage balance allocation processes, ensuring accurate data access and client self-sufficiency in funds management.
•Record activity in the CRM, collaborate with commercial teams to drive account progression, and resolve incidents during implementation or migration as they arise.

•Technical support and software implementation at a basic level
•Customer training delivery
•Tele-sales experience
