Job Summary

Support the sales organization in enterprise cybersecurity pre-sales and technical sales. Qualify leads, serve as a trusted technical advisor, and lead technical meetings to map customer cybersecurity challenges to Fortinet solutions. Build solution designs and Bills of Materials, deliver product presentations, and drive technical activities for RFxs, demos, and Proof of Concepts. Stay current on cybersecurity trends and Fortinet offerings while managing opportunities and communications via internal tools and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in qualifying sales leads from an engineering standpoint.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and sales teams, including leading technical sales meetings.
•Align customer requirements to Fortinet solutions; build cybersecurity solutions and Bills of Materials.
•Deliver technical presentations and lead technical sales activities (RFxs, demonstrations, Proofs of Concept) with partners.
•Act as primary technical contact for customers/partners and manage opportunities while proactively handling communications based on SLAs.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Security Operations (Blue Team/Red Team, SOC Manager, Senior SOC Analyst).
•3+ years in Networking Security (LAN/WAN and WLAN administration/management) with NGFW and SD-WAN and large campus/datacenter networking.
•Deep understanding of enterprise network security architectures and cybersecurity frameworks/regulations (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, COBIT, PCI-DSS, FERPA, HIPAA, Zero Trust).
•Strong familiarity with network security protocols/technologies including RADIUS, LDAP, PKI, IKE, L2TP, VXLAN, IPSEC, 802.1Q, AES, SSH, TLS/SSL, and SHA.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCSP/CEH/GSEC/OSCP/TOGAF (or similar) are a plus.
