Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal water, wastewater, drainage, roadway, and site‑servicing projects for both public and private sector clients.
•Guide multidisciplinary teams through conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design phases, ensuring excellence and innovation in every deliverable.
•Grow and strengthen client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor from project initiation through completion.
•Collaborate with municipal, utility, and regulatory agencies to navigate planning and approval processes and keep projects moving forward.
•Oversee budgets, schedules, scope, and project quality to ensure successful, predictable outcomes; conduct site inspections and provide technical oversight during construction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng designation in Alberta.
•10 to 15+ years of experience delivering Land Development projects for public and private sector clients.
•Proven capability leading complex land development projects and multidisciplinary technical teams.
•Strong understanding of Alberta municipal processes, permitting pathways, and infrastructure standards; exposure to mountain-region projects is an asset.
•PMP certification is considered an asset.
