Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate projects from initiation through completion, supporting safe delivery, on-time schedules, budget control, and required quality standards.
  • •Manage planning, scope, budgets, and timelines across the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate contractors and suppliers during execution and ensure progress monitoring and stakeholder status reporting.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and site requirements, including local regulations, and maintain project administration and documentation.
  • •Identify project risks and support mitigation actions while serving as an on-site point of contact for project activities.

Key Requirements

  • •HBO working and thinking level (technical, construction, facility management, architecture, business, or similar).
  • •Fluency in Dutch is a must; good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • •VCA VOL certification (or willingness to obtain it).
  • •Experience in project coordination or project management is preferred.
  • •Affinity with facility, construction, building, or infrastructure projects; structured, proactive working style and strong organizational/communication skills.
