Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System with focus on seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification and motivational mechanisms.
  • •Apply generative AI to the job-seeking process, including resume generation and interview training, to empower graduates and clinical partners.
  • •Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to optimize student success, leveraging generative AI.
  • •Generate and maintain content at scale and build technologies to create new curricula rapidly to maximize learning outcomes.
  • •Make data reliable and accessible across the organization by building data pipelines for business, learning, and operations teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of full-stack engineering experience
