Job Summary

Oversee the end-to-end operation of a ride or attraction at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, focusing on guest and colleague safety and wellbeing. Complete start-up and shut-down procedures, manage queuing, height measuring, safety checks, and guest loading/unloading. Lead and respond to downtimes and emergencies, keep daily operational documentation accurate, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure rides and attractions complete correct start-up and closedown procedures.
•Organize queuing systems, conduct accurate height measuring, and ensure ride platforms are ready for operation.
•Explain and fit ride safety clothing, and ensure safe guest loading/unloading and correct use of ride restraints and equipment.
•Check safety equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and routes) and handle/lead ride downtimes and emergency situations.
•Record daily operational details and keep ride documentation up to date while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Key Requirements

•Good customer service skills and outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for guest interaction.
•Good communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and management.
•Ability to work within a team and on their own, including during long shifts and under pressure.
•Speak and understand English.
•Maintain integrity and follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
