Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver sourcing assignments that may include supporting executive search, talent mapping/pooling, succession planning, or open roles.
  • •Proactively source, screen, and build talent pools using internal databases, LinkedIn, external job boards, and open web searching.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing plans for specific assignments and contribute to improving sourcing capability and effectiveness.
  • •Draft offer letters, manage onboarding activities, and support recruiters with operational hiring tasks.
  • •Initiate and track pre-employment vetting progress with relevant stakeholders, and produce inputs on market trends and competitive changes relevant to business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation or post-graduation from a UGC-recognised university with required mark sheets and degree/provisional passing certificate.
  • •Open only to fresh graduates within 0–5 years of completing their Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Basic knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and professional presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
  • •Problem-solving/critical thinking and awareness of working with culturally diverse backgrounds and languages; familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
