Job Summary

Lead the development and delivery of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) packages for infrastructure facilities supporting major projects. Own infrastructure FEED development and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering inputs to ensure technical excellence, schedule compliance, and integrated outputs across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. Serve as the primary engineering interface with clients and stakeholders, manage FEED risks and scope changes, and ensure HSE requirements are embedded in deliverables during the FEED phase.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead preparation and execution of FEED studies for infrastructure facilities (logistics bases, fuel storage/distribution, roads/transport networks, utilities, and site infrastructure).
•Develop basis of design, design philosophies, project specifications, and engineering deliverables for infrastructure packages.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering inputs and manage interfaces between civil/structural/mechanical/piping/electrical/instrumentation disciplines to align design objectives.
•Act as focal point for infrastructure FEED activities; develop and manage engineering schedules and drive timely delivery of FEED deliverables.
•Serve as primary engineering interface with external stakeholders and contractors; lead design reviews and manage technical queries, risks, scope changes, quality, and HSES compliance.

•Demonstrated experience leading FEED studies for infrastructure facilities.
