Team Leader - Butchery

Lead the butchery team in a Hypermarket setting by implementing quality, range, and freshness standards to drive sales targets. Manage commercial performance through pricing, assortment, promotions, and merchandising standards, while monitoring NPS and addressing customer issues. Oversee inventory planning, stock reporting, and FIFO rotation to minimize waste and shrinkage. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security requirements, and develop staff through scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
