Job Summary

Lead Accounting to Reporting (AtR) service delivery for in-scope entities within the APAC Regional Center of Excellence, ensuring quality in line with the Epiroc Way and best-possible processes. Drive continuous improvements using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation, while coaching and supporting the team to maintain procedures. Partner with senior specialists, review and prioritize weekly tasks, manage entity OWoM meetings, monitor KPI performance, and contribute to regional projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services for in-scope entities in line with best possible process and the Epiroc Way.
•Continuously improve processes and ways of working, leveraging digitalization and Robotic Process Automation for efficiencies.
•Coach and support colleagues to achieve maximum performance while ensuring agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to.
•Review and prioritize upcoming tasks for the team weekly with the Senior AtR Specialist.
•Monitor KPI performance for entities supported and participate in Regional Center of Excellence projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven extensive knowledge of IFRS.
•Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally in multinational companies.
•Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems like M3 or SAP.
•Ability to coach and support colleagues while ensuring procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team.
