Job Summary

Provide production support across multiple Operations Services groups, executing routine tasks in operational systems and partnering with internal stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors/customers. Support issuance activities, recommend process improvements, and escalate issues to management as appropriate while meeting physical and time-paced production demands.

•Provide cross-functional production support to multiple Operations Services groups by executing routine tasks in operational systems.
•Process payment transactions or claim processing work, including data entry, archiving, researching, and troubleshooting.
•Perform account and payment research, account coding, inbound call related duties, and 1099-C issuance as part of 1099-C and CIT processes.
•Research exceptions, resolve issues, and escalate items to management as appropriate.
