Job Summary

Lead regional product engagement in Shanghai, collaborating with local sales to execute new product penetration strategies. Coordinate technical engagement projects for inspection and metrology tools, owning end-to-end success of engagements, translating customer requirements to product marketing and account teams, driving SOW execution, and shaping marketing strategy with strong communication. Focus on e-Beam and semiconductor applications in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive product engagement with customers, bringing customer technical requirements to product marketing and Account Team.
•Develop strong marketing strategy to meet customer technical requirements, and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skillset.
•Collaborate with local account sales manager force to set up new product penetration strategy. Drive new product promotion and customer engagements at customer site
•Responsible for leading the engagement project and narrow down the technical gap from current product offer to customer requirement. Drive SOW execution and collaborate with multiple project teams including field application team, central project lead and product marketing to make sure engagement project success
•Understanding customer technology roadmap and technical requirement on e-Beam; Defect Inspection & Metrology and report to marketing team

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics or related field
