Engineering Team Leader - Platform Engineering

Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 systems and backend engineers owning the platform layer of the Bidding Platform. Drive the platform roadmap focused on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security, and deliver self-service platform capabilities with clear usage contracts. Base decisions on data through experiments, support IT-wide capacity planning, and oversee on-call alarm routing to reduce noise while keeping duty rotation distributed.
